To me the realistic goal is to assess the situation until the tri series before setting up any goals.
With the current changes things can go any direction. Even things go in the right direction, it will take time to see any kind of positive result.
We are in transition with the player and we have a bunch of new coaches.
Therefore I will withhold setting up my goal based on win-loss.
