If it truly is a discipline issue, then Rubel should not have gone to the CWC 15, when there was the biggest disciplinary/scandalous thing happened to a Bangladeshi cricket. Yet, there he was winning games. Shahadat is playing domestic cricket and is up for grabs for BPL and the National team. I don't see any standard or guideline.
If you think discipline always means personal life matters - you are wrong. As I mentioned, it is often between coach and player. To provide you with an analogy, a lot of good kids do not listen to the teacher in the class. A lot of teachers get on with them slowly. Some others don't. It doesn't mean either the teacher or the student is bad.
