I don't think Mac OSX supports inputting Bangla yet.
But install the Bangla Unicode fonts in your system and you might be able to view Bangla in Safari.

Scratch that. OSX Safari doesn't render the opentype bangla unicode fonts properly either. Apple uses a different font-rendering engine (ATSUI) than Microsoft (Uniscribe). While MS has updated Uniscribe in XP SP2 to show bangla properly, Apple is yet to update theirs.
