It is really tough to have good control over wrist spin. It needs a lot of practice.
The tone I have found in Hathuru's words is he is pissed off at the attitude of Jubair. Hathuru is a person who wants to have good control over the players. Jubair probably doesn't care much about the guidelines given to him. The result is expected.
