Sooner or later oldies like Pilot will have to find alternative ways to compensate for their loss of income from playing cricket. Players welfare is part of BCB's responsibilities, but that's not their primary role. Last thing BCB should do is to arrange unnecessary and overbearing tournaments for benefit of a group.
