Those old faces make the thread interesting.
Amongst the faces,
1/Aftab never really learned the art of facing spin bowling (plus remained lazy).
2/ Ash never learned the art of rotation of strike
3/ Shahadat despite the promise shown with his bouncers against Dravid/Ponting, never really blossomed after.
4/ Rajin never became the gavaskar that I secretly hoped he would after his debut series against Pakistan.
Tamim and Shakib managed to become great cricketers. Although I still miss the Tamim that used to slaughter the off-spinners with sweep shots (Graeme Swann and Harbhajan singh). The same tamim somehow became vulnerable against off-spinners.
