Mushy's overall stats doesn't do any justice to his capability as he was not good at all at the beginning of his career.. In fact he started to be more reliable since last year !! Now he has a vast experience and is more familiar with different situation which is invaluable for us ... You don't want your team to be full of inexperienced new people then BD will never grow from the toddler phase and will stumble every now and then.. We need a team with a good mix of experience and freshness !!! I think now with the experienced Tamim, Shakib, Mushy. Mash. Razzak and the new guys like Nasir, sunny, Anamul, Mominul, Ziaur we are finally going to get a well balanced team...

Also not to forget Mushy is doing a decent job as a captain !!!
