yes your team seems to be improving a lot faster...and your team has beaten mine (full of oldies) in BCPL 5 pretty comfortably...
I am in the process of slowly replacing my oldies as well...This season 5 youths will promote to senior squad and next season 4 will promote. May be I would sell 1 or two youths because I don't want my senior squad to be filled with youths only. May a little bit of balance with oldies...
